Pickup details:

• It is important that you read the voucher information after booking, as we provide instructions on how to purchase tickets. Please note that tickets for the high season will not be sold until the start of the season.

• Hotels: We pick up from all hotels in the South Zone/Center of Rio de Janeiro, national and international airports (included). Your guide will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby.

• Port/Airport: Your guide will have a sign with your name at the arrivals area, near the main gate.

• If you wish to change the date or time of delivery, please make a change or send us a message.

• Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery time on the day of the tour. This waiting period will be lost from the tour. Thank you for your understanding.

• We will not pick up travelers inside the barracks (favelas/communities).
