This unique experience will allow you to learn more about cooperage as well as your tastes in wine (and especially if you like wood in wine, typical aromas of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rioja wines, etc.)
We promise you a truly unusual experience since we will make you taste the same wine 6 times for 6 different experiences. Better still, we invite you to put yourself in the shoes of the winemaker and create (assemble) your ideal wine.
Thanks to this workshop, you will (almost) never make a mistake again with your wine purchases.

Meeting and pickup
Meet inside Darwin, an alternative location on the right bank of Bordeaux. The urban winery is located right next to the skatepark on your left. Come in, I'll wait for you inside.
What to expect
Have you ever wondered why winegrowers put their wines in barrels?
So let me take you for an hour to discover woody wines, characteristic of Bordeaux wines!
For an hour, we will talk (a little) to understand the basics of cooperage. (But above all) Taste the same wine 6 times for 6 different experiences. (3cl per glass). At the end, you will be able to create (blend) the wine that suits you best!
