This is a tour for groups of max 10 people
I am a licensed guide, and I will be at your disposal throughout the approximately three-hour tour. Walking in the old town we enjoy visiting places, streets, monuments and listening to the history of the city.
The visit starts from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, you walk through the streets of the historic center passing through the Officina Santa Maria Novella, the Baptistery, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, reaching the Ponte Vecchio and then Piazza della Repubblica.
Along the way I will tell you unusual and funny stories and legends, show you special details and discover Florence from a different point of view than usual.
Where is the portrait of Cellini in Piazza della Signoria? Do you know the Piggy Rite? And Berta's curse? Why is bread made without salt in Tuscany?
Bring your curiosity to discover these stories, a little good mood and we will have fun together for a few hours

Let's visit the workshop, I'll tell you its story and we feel the fragrances of perfumes. We will discover two historical perfumes and their origins and end with a visit to the multimedia exhibition room

I will tell you the history of the cathedral and point out some interesting details on the facade. We will stop for a few minutes to admire Brunelleschi's dome while I tell you some anecdotes
In the center of the Piazza del Duomo, we will discover how the dark porphyry columns at its entrance got there
Piazza della Signoria is an open-air museum, while we enjoy all the monuments and buildings, I will tell you about the power and loves of the Medici family
Ponte Vecchio and the Vasari Corridor are monuments of incredible beauty, saved from the bombings of the Second World War, they are one of the most fascinating places to take beautiful photos in Florence
Returning to the city center, we will pass by the Mercato della Paglia or as the Florentines say "del Porcellino" where I will tell you an ancient medieval legend
The oldest square in Florence, I will tell you its history from Roman times to the present day with its cafes and street artists. Our tour ends here... I hope you enjoyed it!
