What to expect

We meet up Ocean front at Sans Souci Recreation Area. Upon your arrival, we guide you through the check-in process, preparing you for a rejuvenating breathwork session. Whether you choose to recline or sit upright, we engage in deep breathing for 18-20 minutes, oxygenating our bodies in readiness for an ice plunge.
Following the breath work, we embark on a refreshing ice plunge, with a suggested duration of up to 3 minutes. While there's no pressure to adhere strictly to this timeframe, we encourage everyone to explore the full 3 minutes to reap maximum benefits. Our team assists you in safely getting in and exiting the ice bath, after which you are free to move around and warm up your body. However, we advise against immediate ocean immersion for at least 30 minutes, allowing your body to acclimate gradually.
