Brief introduction to the gastronomic uses of salt as well as the exploitation and export of Torrevieja salt.

Culinary demonstration on a mountain of salt with private and exclusive access for all those who will live the experience. A master craftsman will demonstrate the techniques used to make salted bonito, anchovies and viso. We will finish with a tasting of gourmet products and Alicante DO wine.
