After pickup, travel to Kalishta to visit the unique monastery carved into the mountain above Lake Ohrid. Learn about the secluded life of a monk devoted entirely to religion and explore the church of Holy Mother Mary, famous for its beautiful frescoes and the rare Black Madonna icon. Guests who prefer can relax with a coffee by the lake.
Continue to Struga, known as the City of Poetry and Bridges and host of the renowned Struga Poetry Evenings. Enjoy a short guided walk to see where Lake Ohrid flows into the Black Drim River, along with bridges, monuments, and the local market.
The final stop is Vevchani, a self-proclaimed independent town famous for its traditions, pagan Carnival, and natural springs. Enjoy free time for lunch, followed by a guided walk through the village and its scenic springs before returning.

Dear guest,
We will pick you up at your accommodation or close to your accommodation when located in Ohrid, Pestani and all the places in between or in Struga.
Please wait 10 minutes before pick-up time outside on the main road of the pickup point or accommodation. We will provide your valid pickup time via WhatsApp within 24 hours!
In case we don't stop in front of your accommodation, we kindly ask to check our 13 pickup points around Ohrid up until Pestani, because these are a walking distance of almost every accommodation there is!
The transportation could be in a car or van, this depends on the number of participants.
PS: Guests of Inex Olgica will be picked up in front of the entrance of hotel.
PS2: Guest located in Struga will be picked up from Hotel Drim.

From Ohrid, you’ll travel to Kalishta, where you’ll visit the monasteries carved into the mountains and experience how monks once secluded themselves from the world to dedicate their lives entirely to religion. You will also see one of the oldest trees in Macedonia and the new church located on the shores of Lake Ohrid.

2Struga
After a short transfer from Kalishta, you’ll arrive in Struga’s city center. During the guided tour, you’ll first visit the local marketplace to taste fresh local products, then see the source of the Black Drim River. Along the way, your guide will point out some landmarks and share interesting stories about the city. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to explore, do some shopping, or enjoy lunch by the famous river.

3Vevchani Springs
Upon arrival in Vevchani, enjoy free time to explore the village or relax over lunch, with recommendations from your guide. Afterwards, we continue to the famous Vevchani Springs, where a peaceful walk through pristine nature awaits. On the way back, we’ll stop at key landmarks as your guide shares fascinating stories and local legends that reveal the spirit and pride of this unique mountain town.
