The Norse Nordhorner seems like a nice and decent man. Those who know him better know better. He steals and cheats, and the residents are terrified of him. The police have not been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. There is a trail and several witnesses who have seen him. It's up to you to find him.
