The Brilliant Bielefelder is a notorious criminal in the city. He steals, robs people and scams them by selling fake tickets. Unfortunately, the police haven't been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. There is a trail to follow, though, and several witnesses have seen him. They will often only give you a clue if you help them with their problem. It's up to you to track him down. Good luck!
