The Keen Kasseler is a notorious criminal in the city. He seems friendly, but he steals and cheats people. Everyone in the city is terrified of him. The police haven't been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. There is a trail to follow, though, and several witnesses have seen him. It's up to you to track him down.
