The Doesburg Grote or Martinikerk is an impressive late-Gothic church dominating the town center with its soaring 94-meter tower, one of the tallest in the Netherlands. It was built between the 15th and early 16th centuries on the site of an earlier Romanesque church, and despite suffering damage from lightning strikes, wartime destruction, and fires, it has been carefully restored to its former glory. Today the church is still in active use for worship, concerts, events, and offers guided tower climbs with sweeping views over Doesburg and the surrounding Gelderland landscape.

The Doesburgsche Mosterdfabriek is a historic mustard and vinegar factory dating back to 1457, nestled in the heart of medieval Doesburg. Since 1974, it operates not only as a working production facility but also as a museum where visitors can admire traditional mills and vintage equipment while discovering local mustard-making traditions.
