It also has a large park, a floating pool, and a 19th century villa that was once the home of the opera composer Vincenzo Bellini12. The villa became famous after it was bought by the Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace in 1977. He restored it to its neoclassical glory and decorated it with hundreds of paintings and artworks.
