Helsinki Central Station is chosen as one of the most beautiful station by BBC in 2013. It is the main station for commuter rail and long-distance trains departing from Helsinki. The station is used by approximately 400,000 people per day and is the busiest rail station in Finland.
In the morning you will have a 3-hr guided walking tour to the Helsinki Design District, and in the afternoon, you will take a ferry to the sea fortress of Finland - Suomenlinna.
After the guided walking tour to the Helsinki Design District, you will take a ferry to Suomenlinna and have an in-depth guided walking tour on this island in the afternoon of the second day of the tour.
Suomenlinna is well-known by its important military role as a sea fortress of Finland. You will go inside the heavy wall of the fortress, hear the histories, and feel the moments of old days here.

You will head to Porvoo by inter-city bus from Helsinki. It takes around 50 min to get there. Take a quick glance at this country from the bus window on your way there.
You will have an overall 3-hr guided tour in the Porvoo Old Town. It is the second oldest town in Finland. In addition to the popular spots, your guide will bring you walk deeply into this town to know more about the cultural, art, & historic aspects of this medieval town.
Porvoo Cathedral took its present form at the end of the 15th century. It can accommodate 750 people and it can be reserved for baptisms, marriage ceremonies and funerals at the Parish Office.

After the guided tour, you will have some personal free moments. You may visit the lovely cafe or gallery that you just pass by, choose some souvenirs in local shops, or explore more about this old town with your own pace.
When time is up, your guide will bring you to the bus station and return to Helsinki. It will take another 50 min on the road. Take a rest when you are on the bus.
The bus will return to Kamppi, where this tour will end. You may enjoy some slow walk on the street on your way back to the accommodation. Have a restful evening!
