With the help of a host with extensive experience in the world of gastronomy and wine, you will be able to learn and enjoy the unique traditional Argentine flavor. We have an interactive cooking class, where guests can make their own empanadas and then cook them over a fire. In addition, they will be able to observe the cooking process of grilled meat and vegetables.

We complement the experience with a folklore show, where you will learn basic dance steps. The idea is that there is a connection with our culture, not only through food but also through our historical and artistic roots.

Our activity is adaptable, which makes it exclusive and personalized. Any dietary restriction is valid to modify the menu. We also offer variations, in case you wish to skip the cooking class or the show. Or if you prefer to emphasize wine tasting, in a more technical way (since we have the availability of a sommelier).

What to expect

We welcome you to our house to share an experience that consists of a five-course lunch with Mendoza wine pairing and interaction with traditional cooking tips and making your own empanadas. Folk dance show with typical outfits and dances. In a dream place in Pedemonte just 10 minutes from the City.

Guests are welcomed with a local aperitif. Then it gives way to a tasting of cold cuts, cheeses, sausages and preserves with homemade bread. The food will be in charge of chef Franco Baccarelli who, while offering his traditional Argentine empanadas, will explain how to make them so that you can live the experience of making your own empanadas.

The third course will be roasted with typical cuts of Argentine meat accompanied by roasted seasonal vegetables. Each step is accompanied by selected wines. The penultimate time will be a tasting of traditional cheeses and sweets, including the famous Argentine vigilante.

We went on to enjoy the show while tasting typical Argentine pastries with mate and coffee. In this artistic section you can get closer to the folk roots.

The experience includes transportation, as well as wine and free water.
