For Private Tours, pickups are limited to locations within Panglao, Dauis, and Tagbilaran. If you are coming from outside these areas, please inform us in advance. If your pickup location is along the tour route, no additional charges will apply.
Pickups begin at 8:30 AM. Please be ready at your lobby, reception area, or along the main road. If your accommodation in Panglao is located on a narrow or rough beach road that is inaccessible to cars or vans, we will notify you beforehand. To avoid delays and minimize disruptions to the pickup schedule of other guests, we will provide an alternative pickup point—typically along the main road—for your convenience.
If you’re not coming from your accommodation in Panglao, you may choose to be picked up at McDonald’s on Alona Beach Road. The driver can wait there for 5–10 minutes. If accommodation (within the pickup coverage) is included or listed in your booking, we will pick you up from there.
