The activity takes place inside the restaurant called Come Na Vorta Pasta e Vino. When you arrive, the restaurant staff will be able to take you to your guide.

What to expect

We will start off with a sip of Prosecco, learn the story of the family, the importance of traditions, fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, put our aprons and chef hats on and go hands on. We first make the pasta dough, leave it rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile we make fluffy gnocchi unraveling the secrets of soft pillowy gnocchi. Afterwards, we take our pasta dough and make fettuccine. Finally, we learn how to prepare a classic tiramisù cream and make our very own tiramisù with the extra ingredients as per family tradition!
We get to sit down, enjoy a glass of wine and taste the amazing fettuccine and gnocchi served with a sauce of your choice from the Roman traditions and of course, a delicious tiramisù for dessert.
We learn, share stories, have a glimpse of the Roman and Italian lifestyle through the eyes of this lovely family, and overall create beautiful memories to cherish forever.
