Stepping into this enchanting village is a truly unique experience in itself, with views over the hills, a magical garden, olive trees, birds chirping, and endless picture-perfect views.

You'll experience a painting workshop which is a lot more than an art class: it is an art party open to all levels and ages, where you'll rediscover the fun of painting and playing with color in a friendly, magical environment.

I am an artist and filmmaker now based in the village of Montisi, but for the past 17 years I have lived in Los Angeles where I have incorporated the skills and enthusiasm of the Californians into my Italian upbringing making me a bridge between Italian and American cultures.

Living in this incredible place is a dream come true for me, and in my workshop I share this dream with you.

Once you arrive in the little village of Lucignano, the parking lot will be a sharp right turn. it is signaled with a P. It is just a short walk to the arch: I will meet you there, in front of the entrance of Borgo Lucignanello Bandini. Phones work there so no worries!

What to expect

We will walk together to my art studio and we will settle in the garden for our painting lesson. In case of a rainy day, we can go inside.

I will share with you some of my favorite fun painting tools and together we will explore a chosen theme. No previous experience required! I will provide all the materials and the enchanting setting will do the rest.

Together we will paint and draw using mixed media such as acrylics, watercolors, and pastels, inspired by the natural world of the area: local plants, forest animals, bugs, fruits and vegetables, flowers and the enchanting landscape will ignite our creativity.
The tools I will share with you are wonderful for all levels and will empower you to explore at your own pace and level to enter the magical world of colors and play.

There will be juice, coffee and water.

You will bring home with you at least three paintings on paper that will remind you in a unique way of this fabulous creative experience, which is great for friends of all ages and for families too.
