Enjoy the experience of a water and land based activity in this combo deal that starts with a 1.5 hour river cruise on the majestic Sunday's River. View the beutiful Alexandria dune fields along the river, the largest and least degraded coastal dune field in the Southern hemisphere afterwards enjoy a Game Drive on a private Game Reserve on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth. Enjoy a farmstall Lunch where we will stop at the famous Nanaga Farm Stall for a rosterkoek(a kind of roll unique to South Africa, cooked on grill and slightly charred) or homemade pie and a drink of your choice (homemade pineapple juice is great) and try out some biltong.

Pickup details:

We will pick you up at the arrival hall or outside your accommodation. The driver will be waiting for you with a signboard with the lead travel name or driver will be with a branded vehicle of the company name Carlin's Tours. The tour does include a pick up from any location in Port Elizabeth, Bluewater Bay, Colchester, The Matyholweni Gate of the Addo Elephant Park. On the day of the tour or the day before the tour we will message you to make travel arrangements.

What to expect

Located in Colchester (50km from Port Elizabeth).
Enjoy a River Cruise on the Sundays River is a unique way to discover why they call the Sundays River “Africa’s Best Kept Secret”.

During the tour you will head up to the river mouth, stop at the Alexandria dune fields the largest in the Southern hemisphere. Sundays River is also a bird watching paradise with a wide diversity of bird life. Enjoy a 1.5 hour cruise along the river.

On the second half of the Tour view animals in their natural habitat during a guided self drive tour at Kragga Kamma Game Park its part of the smaller side at 203ha compared to other African parks, but it has abundance of different species including 3 of the Big 5, Lion, Buffalo and White Rhino. For Lunch we will stop at the famous Nanaga Farm Stall for a rosterkoek(a kind of roll unique to South Africa, cooked on grill and slightly charred) or homemade pie and a drink of your choice (homemade pineapple juice is great) and try out some biltong.

The 11am slot starts with the game drive and finishes with the 1.5 hour river cruise that starts at 4pm.
