What to expect
1. Easy and Flexible Booking
Choose the departure time that works best for you. During confirmation, you can provide your pickup location (hotel, Airbnb, or meeting point in Playa del Carmen or nearby areas).
2. Direct Pickup at Your Accommodation
On the day of the service, your professional driver will arrive on time at your specified location. You'll travel in a private, air-conditioned van reserved exclusively for your group.
3. Comfortable Ride to Tulum
Sit back and enjoy the approximately one-hour drive to the ruins. Two bottles of water per person are included in the van. No shared stops or unnecessary detours—your pace sets the rhythm.
4. Arrival and Free Time at the Ruins
Once at the archaeological site, you'll have about 2.5 hours to explore the stunning Mayan structures overlooking the Caribbean Sea on your own. Parking fees are covered by us.
Note: Entrance fee and natural park tax are 465 MXN / 25 USD per person, paid separately at the site.
5. Relaxed Return
After your visit, your driver will be waiting to take you back to your accommodation—no rush, no pressure.
