Pick-up service is available from hotels located within our designated areas in Mexico City.
The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the experience, depending on your location and selected meeting point.
Please be ready at your hotel lobby or meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the indicated time.
If your hotel is outside the pickup area, you will be assigned the nearest meeting point (Angel of Independence, Fine Arts or National Auditorium).

Start your experience with an early pickup at the Angel of Independence or directly at your hotel. Meet your driver and enjoy a comfortable and safe transfer to Teotihuacan, while the city wakes up and begins the adventure.

Upon arrival at the balloon port, you will be greeted by the host team, who will provide personalized attention and assist you with a brief welcome check-in. During this process, they will be able to verify that we are a company that complies with all permits and regulations, with certified pilots and balloons duly registered, ensuring a safe and reliable experience. Afterwards, they will enjoy coffee and light snacks while receiving a brief explanation of the itinerary of the day, as well as a security video with instructions so that they can enjoy their experience to the fullest. Finally, they will be guided to the balloon where they will fly, where they will have time to take pictures before the start of the flight.

Once the preparation is complete, you will board your hot air balloon to start a flight over the ancient city of Teotihuacan. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon and the landscapes surrounding the archaeological area, as sunrise illuminates this majestic site. The flight lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the weather conditions, providing a calm, safe and unforgettable experience in the air. At the end of the flight, we will celebrate with a traditional toast and receive your flight certificate as a souvenir of this unique experience.

Tour the iconic Causeway of the Dead and admire majestic structures such as the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, as you discover the grandeur of this site. Currently, it is possible to ascend the Pyramid of the Moon, which will allow you to enjoy unique views of the area. Your experience includes entrance to the archaeological site, certified guide service and a bottle of water for added convenience during the tour.
