Meeting and pickup
For pick up from DXB Airport -Terminal 1 and 2 please be advised that our driver will be located at the end of the arrival hall on the right side, holding a sign board with your name.
For pick up from DXB Airport -Terminal 3 please be advised to approach DXB Greet&Go representative in arrival hall who will then escort you to our driver, located outside with vehicle.
For pick up from Dubai Hotels, please be advised that our driver will be present in the lobby area before your scheduled pick-up time.
What to expect
For arrivals at Dubai International Airport (DXB), please note the following instructions:
Terminal 1 and 2: Your driver will be located at the end of the arrival hall on the right side, holding a sign board with your name to welcome you.
Terminal 3: Upon completing luggage collection, go to arrival hall where DXB Greet&Go representative will meet and greet you at dedicated lounge and assist with scanning documents. DXB Greet&Go representative will escort you to the parking area where the driver with transfer vehicle will be ready.
Passenger capacity: 2 adult + 1 child
Luggage capacity: 2 large suitcases
For departures from Dubai Hotels, please note the following instructions:
We recommend scheduling the pick-up time to be at least 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (default pick-up time). Exact departure pick up time and drivers's details will be shared one day prior to the service date. Your driver will be present in the lobby area before your scheduled pick-up time.

Luggage capacity: 2 large suitcases
