Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and complete the registration process before boarding a small boat for a scenic 20-minute journey to Bako National Park. At around 9:00 to 9:30 AM, your guided jungle adventure begins. Along the way, you will explore Bako’s rich tropical rainforest and have opportunities to observe some of the park’s remarkable wildlife, including proboscis monkeys, long-tailed macaques, silver leaf monkeys, bearded wild boars, and possibly flying squirrels, colugos, otters, tarsiers, or slow lorises. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy sightings of both migratory and resident species, and the guide may also help you search for the elusive green pit viper. By mid-afternoon, the group returns to the park headquarters to prepare for departure. The last boat leaves at 3:00 PM, taking you back to Bako Jetty for your onward journey to Kuching.
