The Manaslu Circuit Trek offers a thrilling journey through one of Nepal's most stunning regions, where the magnificent Himalayan scenery outshines even the renowned Everest and Annapurna areas. This trek combines breathtaking landscapes with rich cultural experiences in traditional villages that echo Tibetan Buddhist heritage. The highlight is the challenging Larke Pass at 5,160 meters, rewarding trekkers with spectacular views of Mt. Manaslu, the world’s seventh highest peak. Starting in the lush Budi Gandaki Valley, the trek leads through vibrant landscapes, rocky trails, and historic monasteries before descending to the picturesque Marshyangdi River Valley.

    Drive from Kathmandu to Maccha Khola (869 m) via Soti Khola Today we drive to Soti Khola, It takes 7/8 hours to drive to the amazing mountain view we can see on the way, the gateway of this trek. On this day we can see farmland, low-altitude flora, and Fauna.

    Machhakhola to Jagat(1410m) Duration: 6-7 hours

    Today we follow the Buddhigandaki River, seeing typical Nepali village people working on farms. this day also walked at a low altitude ready with half a T-shirt, half paint, and a lot of trekking trails flat today.

    We begin walking through the forest and descend to the Budi Gandaki Riverbank. Then we gradually trek up to the tiny village of Deng. The villagers follow Tibetan Buddhism and have their own dialect and customs.

    We pass the longest Mani walls of the route at the Kermo meadow. Soon, we encounter the gateway of Samdo village, with its ancient monasteries. We have the opportunity to witness morning and evening prayer chants.

    Samdo to Dharamsala 4,460m /Larke Base Camp.

    Following the ancient trade route to Tibet, we trek down to the bridge and climb up to Larke Base Camp. Rest and prepare yourself for tomorrow's adventure, when we cross Larke Pass (5,160m).

    Larke Base Camp to Larkya Pass (5,160m) to Bimthang.

    After an early breakfast, we begin to walk across the glacial moraine and climb up through the steep trail towards Larke Pass. After a long, gradual ascent, we reach the top of Larke Pass, where trekkers put prayer flags. The panorama of Mt. Manaslu, Annapurna, Himlung, Kanguru and other peaks can be seen. We then descend 1,440 meters to Bimthang.
