While your chef has already selected ingredients like tuna and salmon, you're welcome to hunt for premium items—such as fatty tuna, uni, salmon roe, or even Wagyu beef—during the walk. Just let your guide know, and we’ll help you find the best! (At your own expense)

After the market tour, head to a hidden kitchen for your sushi-making session. With step-by-step guidance from your chef, you’ll learn to make maki rolls and hand rolls—perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike.

    A local guide will lead you through the world’s largest, maze-like Tsukiji Market. Here, you’ll embark on a treasure hunt to find the perfect ingredients to suit your taste with the help of your guide. (Your sushi master has already prepared the basic fresh seasonal ingredients, like tuna. Let your guide know if you’d like any special extra ingredients.)
