1 hour 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English

This tour is suitable for all ability levels. Forage for tea along the trail.

In this immersive Nature experience your Guide, Cara, will help you observe more deeply into the forest's atmosphere through playful, educational and meditative experiences. As your senses tune into the present moment you'll remove the stresses of life and create space to notice the beauty of each singing bird and light filtering on the forest around you. Select which healing plant to add to your tea from along the path. Learn about owls, lichen, salmon, bears, mycelium and more while the soothing sound from glacier streams move relaxing frequencies through the fresh air.

Whether it's your first time becoming comfortable walking in the forest, or, being alone with the trees feels like coming home to a familiar friend, Cara makes sure each session is personable.
