The host is passionate in both cooking and hospitality. You'll be transported to Indonesia, at her cozy house in a beautiful suburb of Newlands. Home slippers will be provided, while the traditional music playing at the background.
Then a welcome drink will be provided. She would cook your lunch and she will be more than happy to share her experience, knowledge and her mix culture heritage. After lunch at home, she will accompany you for a beautiful walk in Newlands, where Lisbeek river, Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden is in vicinity.

Fritters are varied, eg Bakwan, Spring Rolls, Dumpling or any available on the day.
Bakso/Meatballs Soup
Comforting street food, Bakso is a beef/chicken meatballs with delicious broth.
Nasi Goreng/Mie Goreng
Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng will be served with accompanying dishes, such as Acar and Kerupuk.
Vegetable Urap or Gado Gado
Urap is mixed steamed vegetables with spicy coconut dressing, while Gado-gado is mixed steamed vegetables with peanut sauce dressing.
Dadar Gulung
Indonesian pandanus pancake with coconut and palm sugar filling. Served with Indonesian jasmine tea.
The house is in the corner, opposite Shell Garage. There are two gates, one on Paradise Rd (M3 - Main rd), one on Fernwood. You may ring the bell and park inside our premises.
