We invite you to live this journey to the desert with Morocco Desierto Viajer, a group of young guides born in the Erg Chebbi desert, Merzouga.
We want you to experience the wonders of the desert's natural environment up close, as well as delve into the Amazigh culture.
To do this, we will start this 3-day trip in Marrakech, we will cross the High Atlas mountains with their incredible views and we will visit spectacular enclaves such as the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou.
The road to the desert will take us to discover the Dades Gorges, where we will spend the first night, towns like Tinghir or the impressive Todra Gorge.
Finally we will arrive at our destination, the desert in Merzouga. We will enter through the dunes to experience what it is like to sleep in the desert, with the comforts offered by our luxury camp, with a private haima and private bathroom inside.
We will return to Marrakech with an unforgettable experience.

1Tizi n Tichka
Tizi n'Tichka is the highest road pass in North Africa. We will make a stop to enjoy the incredible views of the Atlas Mountains before continuing along the road to the door of the desert.

2Ait Ben Haddou
We will stop at the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, 30 kilometers from Ouarzazate. This Kasbah is one of the most important ones that line the ancient Kasbahs road, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has also been the setting for important films and TV series, such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones...

3Discover Todra Gorge with Locals - Tourist Information & Experience Center
After visiting Ait Ben Haddou, we continue our journey through Ouarzazte, city of cinema, and the Dades Gorges, until we reach the Todra Gorge. In the surroundings we will spend the night.

4Tinghir
Guided tour of the town of Tinghir, where we will meet ancient Amazigh peoples (known as Berbers), gradually entering their culture.

5Discover Todra Gorge with Locals - Tourist Information & Experience Center
We will arrive at the Todra Gorge and we will be able to walk under the 300m high red cliff.

We will stop in Tinejdad or surrounding areas for lunch, before continuing our trip to Merzouga.

7Erfoud
We will cross Erfoud to reach our final destination: the Merzouga desert.

8Merzouga Desert
Finally, we will arrive in Merzouga before sunset. Once here, we prepared for the night in the desert. Travel to the camp is done by car or by camel (the latter is optional).

9Marrakech
After breakfast at the camp, we will return to the base in Merzouga. Once there, we will begin the trip back to Marrakech.
