Our airport representative will receive you at the airport & will transfer you to the hotel. Evening we will visit, visit to Swayambhunath (Also known as monkey temple) -one of the world's most glorious Buddhist Chaityas. This 2000-year-old monument has a large spire with the eyes of the Buddha painted on all four sides. It is the oldest of its kind in Nepal and is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Monument.
After breakfast, we will transfer you to the domestic airport for the flight to Lumbini. Up on arrival to lumbini check in to the hotel. Afternoon Visit Lumbini garden. The main attraction at Lumbini remains the Sacred Garden, which is spread over 8 sq.km and possesses all the treasures of the historic area.Inside this sacred garden we will be focusing on Ashoka pillar, Mayadevi Temple which houses a bas relief depicting the nativity. Recent excavations have turned up a stone bearing a "foot imprint", indicating the exact place of birth. The Puskarni Pond, where Queen Mayadevi, the Buddha's mother, had taken a bath before giving birth & many other monasteries like ,Myanmar,Combodia,Thailand,Singapore,Australia,China,Korea & many more.
Morning prayer in mayadevi temple.Back to the hotel for Breakfast.And transfer to the Domestic airport in lumbini for the flight back to Kathmandu. Evening we visit Kathmandu durbar square. One of the most touristic places in Kathmandu, in terms of historical and cultural point of view, it's one of the most see place in Kathmandu. Here you can see living goddess Kumari.
Head out for the sight seen of Guru Rinpoche cave.Tsoknyi Rinpoche said in one of his teachings, that for Vajrayana practitioner Pharping is as holy as Bodhgaya. There are two caves in Pharping one called Asura Cave and one called Yangleshö. Asura Cave is sometimes also called "the upper cave of Yangleshö". Probably Guru Rinpoche meditated in both of them. Afterernoon we will head to Namo Buddha, better known by Tibetans as Tag-mo Lu-jin. This means the place where the Buddha offered his body to the hungry mother tigress. It is renowned for Shakyamuni's act of compassion upon encountering a hungry mother tigress he offered her his body so that she could feed her cubs. There are a couple monasteries and one ancient stupa erected nearby in which one can make offerings, pray, and light butter lamps.
Afret breakfast we will visit Bouddhanath stupa, Boudhanath Stupa (or Bodnath Stupa) is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. Afternoon we will head to Nagarkot, among all the places for mountain viewing in the Kathmandu Valley, Nagarkot is usually considered to be the best. The views go from Dhaulagiir in the west to Kanchenjunga in the east. On a clear day you can see Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha). You can also see Manaslu (8,463m), Ganesh Himal (7,111m), and Langtang (7,246m. Thsi place is very close to nature,Peace & quiet
After breakfast, we will head back Bhaktapur city to visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur is "the city of Devotees". It is locally known as "Khwopa and Bhadgaon" which is world renowned for its elegant art, fabulous culture, colourful festivals, traditional dances and indigenouslifestyle of different people of different religion. For its majestic monuments, temples and the native typical newar lifestyle best known for their long history of craftsmanship, the ancient city is also variously known as the " City of Culture ", "Living Heritage ", "Nepal's Cultural Gem " and "An open museum".
