    Drive from Pokhara (822m) to Galeshwor (1170m) then trek to Bans Kharka (1526m)

    Our guide picks up you from your hotel with your name card and you will travel from Pokhara to Galeshwor in a private jeep. You will start your Mohare Danda and Khopra Community Trek from Galeshwor. Before beginning your walk, you may also go to the Galeshwor Lord Shiva Temple, which is regarded as one of the 15 holiest pilgrimage places in the world by the ancient holy book Srimad Bhagwat Maha Purana. After crossing the suspension bridge over the Kaligandaki River, the main trek will begin, leading to the Bans Kharka across terraced fields and up into the forest. After few hours of walking, you will eventually reach a stunning settlement. The remaining time may be spent visiting the hamlet and learning about the Magar community's culture and way of life.

It will take few hours to reach the small settlement of Danda Kateri, where you will enjoy lunch while taking in the stunning scenery and Kaligandaki valley vista. After lunch, you will take a leisurely stroll to Nangi Village, where you will spend the night in a homestay or a community lodge. The communal eco-lodge trip is the ideal illustration of how members of a community may work together to achieve a shared objective.     Your Mohare Danda and Khopra Community Trek will depart for Ghorepani after enjoying breakfast while seeing the lovely dawn at Mohare Danda. After following the flatland for some time, you will descend into the forest where you will find an abrupt, solid route along the upland, and eventually, Ghorepani. The track from Mohare to Ghorepani passes through grassland and rhododendron woods, occasionally going uphill, occasionally going downward, and occasionally being flat. Throughout your journey, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby woodland, the incomprehensible southern geography, vast magical landscapes, and mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets over the towering Himalayas.

You must descend for three hours before continuing to Swanta after crossing a small river over a wooden bridge.

You will arrive at the Khopra ridge after a few hours of steadily ascending the slope.     You have a remarkable and difficult day today. It is remarkable because you will arrive at Khayer Lake, the highest point of the Mohare and Khopra Danda Trek i.e. 4660 meters above sea level. Additionally, it is challenging because you must walk for almost ten hours straight to get to the highest point and back to Khopra Ridge. At the base of Annapurna South, there is a holy lake called Khayer Lake. For both Buddhists and Hindus, it is a significant place of pilgrimage. It is thought that taking a bath in the Khayer Lake and visiting the Khayer Barahi Temple can aid you in achieving Nirvana. Amazing views of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and Nilgiri can be seen from the Khayer Lake valley, which is located at an elevation of 4660 meters.

The distance from Dobato to Khopra Danda is 10.8 kilometers. The gentle descent on the trail takes around 5 to 6 hours to complete. The greatest location to view the dawn over Mount Dhaulagiri is Dobato, which is located at an elevation of 3420m. To get to Dobato, you must hike through picturesque communities like Chistibang and Bayeli.

You will reach Tadapani, where you will stop for a quick lunch break, after making several ascends and descends through valleys, deep woods, and numerous communities. After a lunch break at Tadapani, the Mohare Danda Khopra Trek Route descends till it reaches Ghandruk, your today's destination. The village offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna, Gangapura, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and many more peaks. A tour through the hamlet will follow your check-in at the guesthouse.
