Drive from Pokhara to Kande (approx. 1.5 hours by car). Begin the trek from Kande, ascending through lush rhododendron forests. You'll pass through Australian Camp and Pothana, offering panoramic views of the Annapurna range. Continue trekking to Pitam Deurali and then onward to Forest Camp. This section of the trek takes you deeper into the forest, with a peaceful and serene environment. Arrive at Forest Camp, where you'll spend the night in a teahouse. Enjoy a warm meal and relax in the tranquility of the forest.
After breakfast, start the trek from Forest Camp. The trail today is steep and continues through dense forests of oak, maple, hemlock, and rhododendron. Reach Low Camp, where the vegetation starts to thin, and you'll begin to see the towering peaks of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Mardi Himal. Continue trekking to High Camp, where the landscape opens up, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Arrive at High Camp, where you'll spend the night. Enjoy dinner with panoramic views of the Annapurna range.
Wake up early for the trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The trail is challenging but rewarding, as you hike along a ridge with stunning views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre. Spend some time at Mardi Himal Base Camp, taking in the majestic mountain views. Afterward, descend back to High Camp for a brief rest and lunch before continuing down to Low Camp. Arrive at Low Camp, where you'll spend the night.
After breakfast, begin the descent from Low Camp to Siding Village. The trail passes through terraced fields and small villages, offering a glimpse of local life. Arrive at Siding Village, where you'll take a vehicle back to Pokhara. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you'll have the rest of the day free to relax by the lakeside.
Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park (approx. 5-6 hours by tourist bus. Upon arrival, check in to your jungle lodge. Afternoon Enjoy a welcome drink and a briefing about the jungle activities. After lunch, take a guided village walk to Tharu Village, where you'll learn about the Tharu culture and traditions. Watch a Tharu cultural dance performance in the evening.
After breakfast, embark on a canoe ride along the Rapti River, where you can spot crocodiles, water birds, and other wildlife. This will be followed by a jungle walk, offering opportunities to see various species of flora and fauna. Afternoon Return to the lodge for lunch. Afterward, head out for a jeep safari in the Chitwan National Park. The safari offers a chance to see one-horned rhinos, Bengal tigers, elephants, and other wildlife.
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (approx. 5-6 hours by tourist bus or private vehicle). Afternoon Arrive in Kathmandu and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city.
