In the mornign 8 am The adventure begins with a scenic 1-hour drive from Pokhara to Kande, where the trek starts. Trek from Kande to Forest Camp (5-6 hours) The trek initially ascends steeply through beautiful rhododendron forests and small villages. The trail is peaceful, offering glimpses of traditional Nepali village life. After a 5–6-hour hike, you'll reach Forest Camp, where you'll stay overnight. The altitude gain makes it essential to take your time and enjoy the surroundings.
You’ll continue trekking upwards, passing through dense forests that eventually give way to more open, alpine landscapes. You'll enjoy stunning views of Mt. Machapuchare (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and the Mardi Himal. High Camp is located at an altitude of 3,580m, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna range.
The highlight of the trek is the early morning hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The trek takes around 3-4 hours, and you'll be rewarded with up-close views of the majestic Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, including Mardi Himal, Machapuchare, and Annapurna South. After enjoying the views, you'll trek back down to Low Camp for a more relaxed descent. This will take another 4-5 hours, with scenic views all along the way.
The day starts with a descent through forested paths until you reach the traditional village of Siding, where you will meet your vehicle for the drive back to Pokhara. After reaching Siding, you'll take a 2-hour drive back to Pokhara, arriving by the afternoon.
You'll be driven to the Seti River starting point, approximately 45 minutes from Pokhara. Enjoy a thrilling yet gentle rafting experience on the Seti River, known for its scenic beauty and moderate rapids (Grade II-III). Along the way, you'll pass through lush forests and charming villages, with the chance to spot local wildlife. The Seti is ideal for those new to rafting but still offers excitement for more experienced rafters. After rafting, you’ll be driven back to Pokhara, where your adventure concludes.
