8:00 AM: Pickup and drive to Namobuddha hiking trail 9:30 AM: Easy Nature Walk/Hike (e.g., to a local village, temple, or near Boudha/Pashupatinath area). 1:00 PM: Vegetarian Lunch & Rest. 5:00 PM: Yoga & Sound Healing Session. 7:00 PM: Dinner. 8:00 PM: Evening Meditation/Sharing.
Early Morning: Optional sunrise viewing & gentle yoga. 8:30 AM: Breakfast. 10:00 AM: Deeper Yoga Session. 1:00 PM: Lunch. Afternoon: Drive back to Kathmandu and drop to your hotel. Tour end.
