In addition to its elegant architecture, the estate has always enchanted with its wonderful terraced botanical gardens that gently descend to the water, offering a truly spectacular and romantic view
Villa Pliniana is a magnificent and mysterious historic residence located in Torno, in an isolated inlet of Lake Como. Built in 1573, it takes its name from a peculiar source of intermittent water, already described in Roman times by Pliny the Elder and Pliny the Younger, which flows right inside the courtyard of the structure. Immersed in dense vegetation and overlooking the water, the Villa is famous for its romantic and somewhat melancholic charm, which over the centuries has bewitched illustrious guests such as Napoleon, Lord Byron, Percy Shelley and Gioachino Rossini.

Nestled in a lush botanical park that slopes down to the water, the hotel combines the historic charm of neoclassical architecture with contemporary design and oriental hospitality. It is particularly renowned for its spectacular floating pool on the lake and the atmosphere of refined and exclusive tranquility.
The Orrido di Nesso is one of the most iconic and evocative natural spectacles of Lake Como, located in the homonymous and picturesque village. It is a deep and narrow rocky gorge where the streams Tuf and Nosè join, plunging between the rocks with a thunderous waterfall that flows directly into the lake waters. This charming canyon is overlooked by the romantic Ponte della Civera, an ancient stone donkey-backed bridge from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view, so picturesque that it has enchanted even Leonardo da Vinci, who mentioned it in his Codex Atlanticus in the past.
Villa Fontanelle is an elegant neoclassical residence located in Moltrasio, which has become legendary worldwide for being the beloved residence of the great designer Gianni Versace. Purchased and lavishly restored by Versace in the late 1970s, the Villa transformed into a gilded retreat and exclusive gathering place for international stars and illustrious friends such as Elton John, Madonna and Princess Diana. With its impeccable gardens and direct views of the lake, this estate represents the perfect combination of the historic charm of Lake Como and the glamour of haute couture, still retaining a magical and unmistakable aura.
Villa d'Este is one of the most iconic and prestigious places on Lake Como, located in the elegant setting of Cernobbio. Built in 1568 as a lavish summer residence for Cardinal Ptolemy Gallius, it was transformed in the late nineteenth century into a luxurious five-star hotel, becoming since then the favorite destination of royalty, aristocrats and Hollywood stars. The estate is an absolute masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, surrounded by a centuries-old park where a magnificent mosaic nymphaeum stands out and famous for its unmistakable floating pool that seems to blend directly with the waters of the lake.
