Sakaide City in Kagawa Prefecture is one of the most convenient places in Shikoku.
There is a permanent karate dojo in Sakaide City.
Karate originated in Japan and became an official event of the Tokyo Olympics.
We would like to invite you to experience karate.
The curriculum is designed to make it easy for beginners and those who are not good at exercising to experience it, and we never practice recklessly.
Without thinking, just say “Sei! Say! and kicking without thinking, you can forget about everyday life and learn the spirit of Bushido.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
There is a 7-Eleven inside JR Sakaide Station. You can meet in front of it. We will call out to you with a piece of paper with the participants' names written on it.
What to expect
We will enter the dojo and change into comfortable clothes.
-Practice begins.
-Preparatory exercises
-We sweat profusely during basic practice.
-We will learn traditional Japanese karate kata.
-At the end of the training, they do kicks and thrusts to the sandbag.
-Organizational exercises
-Mental Unity Time
-End of practice
