The lessons are popular Japanese home-style dishes that are gentle to the body and soul, using basic seasonings and traditional Japanese fermented seasonings (miso and malt).

Go up the stairs of Toei Mita Line Sengoku Station A4 Exit and turn left, and you will soon come to an intersection. Please do not cross the traffic light. I will have a piece of paper with the names of the participants. I will ask you from here.

What to expect

Sengoku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo Meet at the ground level of Sengoku Station, Exit A4 on the Toei Mita Line.

After the meeting, we will go to the classroom together (2-minute walk).

We will have a welcome drink of green tea and explain about the day's cooking.

We will cook with demonstration and practice, and enjoy the dishes we have made.
The main time is about 2 hours.

After the lesson experience, if you have time, we recommend visiting the popular Sugamo shopping district.

We will tell you about popular spots and recommendations, such as a Japanese tea store and a famous local wagashi (Japanese confectionery) store!
