The first cooking class in Rome to come to life inside a real laboratory where every day 7 pastry chefs create wedding cakes, tarts and lots of gelato!
We are very close to metro station line A (10 minutes from the centre of Rome) but, if you email us, we can also offer you a driver service at an extra charge to bring you straight to the laboratory where you will bake for 2 hours with our experienced and skilled bakers.
During our pastry cooking class you will learn classic italian recipes loved all over the world, Tiramisu, Gelato and Cannolis, their secrets and history;
it's a perfect activity for families, friends and couples... fun and authentic learning are guaranteed.

Our laboratory is located just steps from Battistini metro station on Line A, directly connected to Rome’s city center. Once you arrive, ring the bell on your right. We cannot wait longer than 10 minutes out of respect for others. The lab opens 10 minutes before the experience.

Vice Lab offers the only 100% Pastry Cooking Class in Rome.
Join this Baking Workshop inside a professional, spacious, and well-equipped laboratory.
Expert pastry chefs will unveil you all the tricks of production and preservation. Hands-on experience guaranteed!
You will have all the tools and ingredients you need to make the three recipes with us and you will receive advice on how to easy replicate them at home.
At the end of the cooking activity, we will wrap your creations so you can enjoy them whenever you want, but first, you won't be able to resist tasting the incredible gelato with your new friends or with your family in our laboratory!
