Your assigned host will pick you up from the pick up point (Outside Kongowea market) our first stop on this tour. Your host will take you through this wholesale market buying various ingredients that you'll need for your cooking class. you'll get to see and even try the different fresh fruits and vegetables this market has to offer. Be sure you'll enjoy the hustle, bustle and vibrancy of Kongowea market. After Provisioning well proceed to the hosts' home to begin your class. In this immersive and interactive class you'll learn how to make a three course meal of your choosing from scratch and in a local and authentic way. To finish of you'll receive written recipes and a souvenir to take home with you.
