2. The arrival flight is monitored for delays or early landing. The traveler receives clear meeting instructions for the correct Dubai Airport terminal before pickup.
3. After completing immigration and collecting any checked luggage the traveler meets the driver at the designated terminal meeting point. The driver assists with the luggage and escorts the group to the private air conditioned vehicle.
4. The booked service duration begins at airport pickup. The route is planned according to the selected duration remaining transit time traffic conditions time of day and the travelers preferred Dubai highlights.
5. During the layover travelers may enjoy sightseeing photo stops shopping dining or independent attraction visits. The driver remains with the vehicle and meets the travelers again at each agreed pickup point.
6. The driver continuously manages the schedule and may adjust the route when necessary to protect the airport return time. The service finishes with direct drop off at the correct departure terminal for the connecting flight with sufficient time for check in security and boarding.
