Step 4 Driver Contact

Approximately one hour before pickup, the driver or representative will send the final vehicle and meeting details through WhatsApp.

Step 5 Airport or Hotel Meeting

At Dubai Airport, meet the driver at the confirmed terminal meeting point. At Ras Al Khaimah Airport, meet the driver at the confirmed arrivals meeting point. For hotel or resort pickups, wait at the main entrance or reception.

Step 6 Flight Monitoring and Waiting

Airport arrivals include flight monitoring and up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. Hotel, resort or residence pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting.

Step 7 Private Journey

The driver will assist with luggage before travelling directly between Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah in a clean, air-conditioned private vehicle without shared passengers or unnecessary stops.

Step 8 Final Drop-Off

You will be dropped directly at the selected airport terminal, hotel, resort or residence. Please confirm the correct airport and terminal when booking.
