The town of Asakusa - a must go and see for the inbound traveler. We will explore the origins of the Sensoji Temple and its adjoint Asakura Shrine. We will enjoy some street food related to the area and then head off to the former Yuraku area to the west and explore the backstreets that behold the entertainment and izakaya aspects of Asakusa. You will have lunch which you will make at a soba making experience place. We will also be at the Tokyo Skytree area which houses the 3rd tallest structure in the world, in earthquake land and our home to the sumo stable we will be visiting.
A remarkable 6.5 hour tour of intense cultural experience.

    We will walk thru the streets of the former Tsukiji outer fish market and learn the basics of Tokyo cuisine from the ingredients. You will try some finger food so make sure you have some space for some goodies. We will see some tuna and maybe if you are lucky, you will see a tuna head or so.

    Learn how Akihabara evolved from just a produce market to electric town and into the otaku city which we see as of now. You will see figures, animate, cosplay, manga, arcade games, console games, and more as we trek thru the city.
