This is a yogic breathing meditation class.

Yogic breath meditation is one of the most effective meditation techniques to quiet the mind. One gets into a meditative state much faster.

This meditation class is based on ancient Kundalini Yoga breathing techniques for stress relief, anxiety and many other mental and emotional distorted energies.

This is a private class and the meditation techniques are customized.

We meet at Starbucks on the corner of 89a and Kallof Place. Please note this location as there are other Starbucks in Sedona.

What to expect

This is a meditation class based on yogic techniques. It is NOT a yoga class.

In this class you will learn breathing yogic techniques that help calm the mind, and the nervous system. Yogic breathing techniques are fast and very effective way to quiet the mind, get into meditative state, ground yourself, and have clear, purposeful thoughts that are empowering one's character and mind.

We will be using different breathing techniques and sound healing mantras.

This class will be outdoors, somewhere in Sedona's nature.
