Most travellers meet Bannerghatta from a safari vehicle, in daylight, with everyone else. Far fewer ever walk it — on foot, at dawn, when the forest still belongs to the animals.
We collect you from your Bangalore hotel before first light and reach the forest as it wakes, setting out with expert naturalists into quiet, dew-heavy grasslands where spotted deer, sambar, nilgai and gaur move before the heat and the crowds. Slow, close and unhurried — the part of Bannerghatta the checklist tours never see.
Breakfast follows. Then the park's wilder side from a vehicle, through the carnivore and herbivore zones — lions, tigers, sloth bears, free-ranging deer and elephant — then one of Asia's largest butterfly parks, and the zoo if time allows. A relaxed lunch closes the day before the drive back.
Your booking is yours alone, with private round-trip transport from your hotel. The dawn walk and safari are led by expert naturalists, in the company of other guests.

2Bannerghatta Biological Park
Bannerghatta Biological Park lies within a 260 sq. km wildlife sanctuary just south of Bangalore — home to lions, tigers, leopards, sloth bears, elephants and large antelope, alongside a well-kept zoo and one of Asia's largest butterfly parks. Our day begins where few ever see it: on foot, at dawn. We reach the forest as it wakes — a warming tea or coffee on arrival — then set out with an expert naturalist on a guided walk into its quieter reaches, watching for spotted deer, sambar, nilgai and gaur before the heat and the crowds arrive. It's slow, close and unhurried. Breakfast follows. Then the park's wilder side by vehicle, through the herbivore and carnivore zones, where the naturalist shares insight into the animals and the forest ecosystem. The driver stops whenever wildlife is spotted, often right outside your window, for a close encounter. Afterwards, explore the butterfly park and zoo at your own pace, before a relaxed lunch and the drive back to Bangalore.
