When you book our service, we will start working immediately to offer you a personalized experience. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to inform you about the vehicle that will be at your disposal, as well as the name of our collaborator who will assist you during your transfer. Our representative will be easily identifiable, wearing a uniform and carrying a sign with your reservation visible.

What to expect

When you make your reservation, we receive notification with your details and begin preparing your transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm service details and the name of your assigned representative. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our partners will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by your uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your printed reservation and your clearly visible name. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Uvero Alto, ensuring a comfortable, safe and efficient transfer.
