The day before your arrival, we will contact you to inform you about the vehicle that will be at your disposal, as well as the name of our representative who will assist you during your transfer, who will be easily identifiable, wearing a uniform and carrying a sign with your reservation visible.

What to expect

When you make your reservation, we receive notification of your details and begin to prepare your transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm the details of the service and the name of your assigned representative. Upon your arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our staff will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by his uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your printed reservation and your name clearly visible. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Uvero Alto, ensuring a comfortable, safe and efficient transfer.
