This workshop offers you a complete immersion in the artisan cheesemaking in the heart of Bordeaux. Unlike a simple tasting, you are actively involved in every step of milk processing. You make your own St Marcell’eaux, inspired by Saint-Marcellin, as well as fresh cheese and cottage cheese. The artisan explains the natural mechanisms, milk reactions, the role of ferments and the importance of textures. The experience is designed to be accessible to everyone, even without prior knowledge. You handle, observe transformations live and receive careful support. By leaving with your creations, you take away more than just a product: you leave with a real-life knowledge and understanding of French gastronomic craftsmanship.
