Pickup details:

We pick up guests from any hotel within 1 km of Thamel. Please wait in your hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pickup time. If you prefer, you can also meet us in front of the Garden of Dreams (main entrance). Our team will contact you through WhatsApp after booking to confirm the pickup point.

What to expect

Guests will join a hands-on craft workshop run by local women. You will learn step by step how to make a traditional corn husk doll (corn husk means the dry outer leaves of corn). The instructors will show you how to shape, tie, and decorate the doll. Each guest will make one 5-inch doll and take it home as a souvenir.

You will enjoy a relaxed, friendly environment and learn about the cultural meaning of these handmade dolls. This experience directly supports local women and helps keep traditional village crafts alive.
