"Fabullus" is a delightful space obtained from the skillful recovery of an underground room that, over 2000 years ago, was a cistern that served to store water for a Roman villa and today transformed into a place to enjoy an exceptional selection of delicacies Italian dishes and top-quality wines.

We offer a diverse range of culinary delights: superior wines handpicked by our sommelier, different types of pork or cow-cured meats, cold cuts, mortadella, fresh and aged cheeses, buffalo mozzarella, olives, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables in oil or vinegar, Roman pizza, bread, ice cream.

It's crucial to understand that the Fabullus winery has meticulously curated a selection of products recognized by the Slow Food* presidium. All products were produced by small family-run businesses dedicated to preserving Italian gastronomy's rich tradition and history, all while championing environmental sustainability and biodiversity.
