Depart from Florence in a comfortable van with a very small group of up to 8 people and a tour leader for a memorable day. After 2 hours driving the first stop is Manarola, one of the jewels of the Cinque Terre, where you can admire the picturesque houses and take breathtaking photos.
Time to explore, before to move with the ferry line that connects the villages to visit Vernazza, walking through the charming streets of the city, and discover the history.
After this experience, just 15 min away by train, the next stop is Riomaggiore, where you can taste local delicacies, visit the defensive tower, discover the village life and have a swim.
Then, after 10 min of train and 1,5 h driving, the tour will take you to the famous Piazza dei Miracoli to see the majestic Tower of Pisa and the other monuments at this UNESCO site. After this exciting day, set off driving towards Florence. The itinerary is organized to be the easiest considering all the walking difficulties of the villages.

    The journey from Florence lasts approximately 2 hours, the first visit will be at Manarola, a magnificent village, UNESCO heritage site, part of the beautiful coastal villages of the Cinque Terre. You will have time to walk the narrow streets, admire the views and enjoy coastal village life, and have a beautiful breakfast in the meantime that the town gets crowded, maybe some souvenir too. Then continue to Riomaggiore with the ferry that connects the coastal villages. (Operation varies depending on weather)

    Vernazza, built around the small fishing harbor, bears witness to medieval history with the Doria Castle on top of the rock overlooking the small port, and the church of s. Margherita D'Antiochia next to the main square. If you want to take a bath in the Tyrrenium waters around the natural harbor, don't miss the opportunity. Time to explore the village and taste a typical Ligurian food, and maybe a memorable souvenir (lunch not included) and your journey continues

    After visiting Manarola, we continue with the second village Riomaggiore. Built on the cliff face, with the castle that dominates the coast from the strategic position, and the church of S. Giovanni dating XIII century as a memory of its medieval history and its houses with colorful facades make it unique. Don't miss a swim in the small pebble stone beach of Rio, it's beautiful. Time to explore then we continue by train towards Vernazza.

    In the afternoon, from Vernazza, after 10 minutes by train to Manarola then an hour and a half of driving towards Pisa, you will arrive at the famous Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 where you can admire the beauty of the Pisan Romanesque architecture as a whole of the monumental complex, will be able to visit the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Camposanto together with the famous Leaning Tower. (tickets to enter the cathedral and the Tower are not included) And after this visit full with memories and discoveries, we will continue driving towards Florence at the end of our journey.
