The driver tracks your flight and provides 90 minutes of free waiting time after landing. -If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify customer support or your driver at least 4 hours in advance. If no notice is given, the service will operate according to the original flight details. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. -For hotel pickups, the driver will wait in the car and share the vehicle license plate number via WhatsApp.

The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service.

**Airport Pick-Up – We track your flight in real time**
-Meet & Greet: The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a name sign. We offer 90 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
-Non Meet & Greet: We will send you a detailed pick-up location map in advance.
**Non-Airport Pick-Up**
For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance).
**Vehicle Options – Fully insured, comfortable private cars with professional drivers**
-Up to 5 passengers: Fits up to 5 suitcases (24-inch size). Toyota Alphard or similar.
-Up to 8 passengers: Fits up to 8 suitcases. Toyota Hiace.
Please select the vehicle type based on the total number of passengers and your luggage size.
Pickups or drop-offs at the Yokohama Port (Osanbashi / Daikoku / Honmoku): ¥5,000 JPY extra, cash payment to driver.
