-To ensure smooth coordination, please provide your accurate flight number and an active WhatsApp contact. -Airport arrivals: The driver waits in the arrival hall with a signboard showing your name. -For flight tracking pickup option: If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify customer support or your driver at least 4 hours in advance. If no notice is given, the service will operate according to the original flight details. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. -For hotel pickups, the driver will wait in the car and share the vehicle license plate number via WhatsApp.

What to expect
After booking, a reminder email will be sent 3 days before your transfer to reconfirm the details.
Please note: bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the service.
-Driver Contact
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before your pickup. Please reply to ensure smooth communication.
-Pickup Process
We offer two pick-up time options for airport transfers:
1. Flight Tracking (Recommended)
-Select your pick-up time close to your flight’s scheduled arrival time.
-The driver will track your flight and provide 90 minutes of free waiting after landing.
2. Selected Pick-up Time
-You can choose your preferred pick-up time.
-The driver will arrive around that time and provide 30 minutes of free waiting.
-Flight tracking is not included for this option.
If your selected pick-up time is more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, it will be treated as a “Selected Pick-up Time” option.
Hotel or Other Locations:
The driver will wait up to 20 minutes in the car. Please confirm the vehicle by matching the license plate number shared by the driver.
⏱ Overtime Charge:
If the waiting time exceeds the free waiting period, an additional fee of ¥2,000 per 30 minutes will apply.
-Flight Delays or Cancellations
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify customer support or your driver at least 4 hours in advance.
If no notice is given, the service will follow the original flight schedule.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
-Luggage Handling
The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage.
Please note: guests are responsible for their own belongings, especially valuables.
-Private Transfer
Relax in your private, air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a smooth ride to your destination.
-Drop-Off
You will be dropped directly at your hotel, residence, or Fukuoka Airport departure terminal.
