Pickup Details Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Look for our guide holding a sign with your name. Comfortable clothing, sun protection, and a refillable water bottle are recommended. Travel Tip: It is recommended to book one night before and one night after the tour in Tabuk City for a more relaxed experience. Nearest airport: Tabuk Regional Airport (TUU).

What to expect

• Pickup from your hotel in Tabuk or Sharma, followed by a scenic drive through the striking landscapes of Hasma desert and mountains. A restroom stop will be available along the way (after 1.5 hours).
• First stop: Arrival at Mount Sinai area. Prepare for the hike. A short 10-minute walk takes us to the Altar of Moses, where your guide will share a brief explanation.
• Begin the hike to Elijah’s Cave, which takes about 1.5–2 hours depending on fitness level. At the cave, we’ll rest for about an hour, enjoy a light snack, and take in the peaceful atmosphere. From a nearby rock, you’ll also be able to spot the Black Peak in the distance and admire the surrounding dramatic mountains.
• Start the descent (around 2 hours) back down the mountain.
• A short 10-minute walk leads us to the vehicle, then continue to the Golden Calf Inscription site. Although fenced, we’ll be able to view it closely and hear its historical significance.
• Enjoy a well-deserved lunch break before heading back to Tabuk or Sharma (about 2 hours’ drive). A restroom stop will be available halfway.
